This is a 22oz. can of Chili Mix which makes 16, 40oz. batches of Chili. Brown 1 LB. of ground beef, add 16oz. cup of water, 2 scoops of Chili Mix, one 8oz. can of tomato sauce. Mixing instructions are on the can and scoop included.

I bought a can last week at the Home and Garden show after tasting a sample.
I cooked up a batch yesterday but used diced beef rather than ground beef, and substituted a beer for the water.
This is excellent southwest style chili!

We fell in love with the Salsa mix a few years ago. I went onto the website to order more and saw the Chili mix and decided to order a can and give it a try. Great Chili! I added it to the ground beef after browning it, and then with beans and beer into the slow cooker and went to work. I grew up in New Mexico on really good chili and this did not disappoint.
